Man, I have to say that I love this new blog trend. It makes me excited...reading about all of your lives, writing about mine...
God is so good to share Himself with us through each other-I forget sometimes that doing that (sharing Jesus) isn't rocket science...it's just what we do. He's good and He is in us; therefore, we are enabled to love and be loved. As Martha would say, "It's a good thing."

Today I drove a big truck (not top gun). It was GREAT. I felt very powerful. It is not often that you find a guy who will hand over the keys to his baby...but that's what we have daddy's for. So I had to wrestle for it, but in the end, I was the victor. mwah ha ha

We drove from Waugh to Bham and back and had great talks. He shared his wisdom and I tried this new thing called "shut up and listen." I almost have it. Father-Daughter time was much needed.

Tonight, mom and I had dinner at Panera with a random girl from Books-a-million (my favorite place in Montgomery). When the Lord says do, you do. "Do" you follow?
This precious girl (we'll call her Cookie to protect the innocent) sat across from us quietly reading. There was a deep urge from the Spirit to love on her. To make a long story short, we all visited...and it turns out it was much needed for this lonely college junior like myself. We had things in common and by the end of the night we had dubbed ourselves cousins. God's good.

I'm an old lady and it's past my bed time. My ramblings get more obscure with every passing moment. good night.
